Laser Treatment of Vascular Lesions
This treatment targets a variety of vascular lesions, including spider veins of the legs and unsightly facial veins. An advanced cooling system is used to protect the skin’s surface and minimize discomfort. Several treatments may be required for best results.

MicroLaser Peels
A MicroLaser Peel removes the top layers of skin, effectively treating acne scars, fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, dyschromia and discolorations, in a single treatment. Since this procedure is more aggressive than other skin resurfacing treatments, such as microdermabrasion or chemical peels, it is performed by our board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. McKenna. Patients can expect to see healthier, smoother, more vibrant skin with an immediate change in texture and tightness following the procedure.

Laser Facial Resurfacing
This is an excellent treatment for more severe acne scarring, sun damage, and wrinkles. As our most aggressive laser facial treatment, this procedure is done under anesthesia, which allows Dr. McKenna to use the Erbium Laser to penetrate much deeper and fully resurface the facial skin.
Laser Lesion Removal
This procedure effectively removes unsightly moles, warts, liver spots, and actinic and seborrheic keratosis. It can also be used to improve the appearance of keloids and unsightly scars.
Lesion Treatment - $250-$600
Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is an alternative to laser treatment used to eliminate spider veins on the legs. Using a tiny needle, fine veins are injected with a sclerosing solution, which causes them to collapse and fade from view.
You may need multiple treatments of sclerotherapy depending upon the extent of your spider veins. This treatment can be done before or after a course of laser treatment. Sclerotherapy may also remedy the bothersome symptoms associated with spider veins, such as aching, burning and swelling.
